Run your school's own tournament day, without the paper chaos.
Tournament Director runs a dojo's internal tournament: divisions by age, rank and weight, judges scoring forms from their own phones, brackets for sparring and grappling with warnings, penalties and disqualifications tracked on a ledger, and a leaderboard for the TV on the wall. Nothing is public, nothing takes registrations or payments — it is the head table, the score table and the bracket sheet, done properly.
